If You Decide You Just Don’t Want It
Any item you wish to return must first receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Returns Department. All items to be returned must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and uninstalled. Return shipping fees and original shipping fees will be paid by the customer for returned items. Any item is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns on wheel sets. This includes anything that is assembled or ordered to fit your specific bike, tires mounted, etc. Once the order process is started on wheel orders, they cannot be canceled as they are assembled once we receive the order. If you experience an issue on a wheel order such as a manufacturer taking longer than expected to make the product, we will work to rectify the situation and work along with the manufacturer to help make you happy. A refund will not be supplied as an option on wheel sets.
Item Listed Incorrectly or at an Incorrect Price
If an item is listed wrong by our team, we will offer you a full refund and cover all costs to get the item back to us. Once we receive it back you will receive your refund. No refunds on custom wheel orders. If an item is listed at the wrong price by our team, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time because of a listing malfunction or any other reason.
If It’s the Incorrect Part
Incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of the time the product is delivered. Always check part numbers prior to installation. If the incorrect part was sent by our error, all shipping fees are covered to get the customer the correct part exchanged. If there is a custom wheel order that was sent incorrectly, the issue will be corrected at our expense in the most timely manner. If it is not subject to a refund because as it is outlined above, it is a custom order.
If the customer ordered the incorrect part, all shipping fees will be charged to the customer and the item will be exchanged. The original item is subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you attempt to mount incorrect items, no returns are accepted as damage or wear to the products normally occur during installation and we cannot sell them as new.
If the Item Is Damaged During Shipping
Indicate “DAMAGED” when you sign for the material. Keep all the original shipping materials. Hold the goods. Notify us by phone for instructions within 12 hours of shipments arrival. (888) 926-2793. All of our shipments are insured and under these circumstances would be covered by the shipping providers terms.
If the Item Is Lost or Stolen During Shipping
We ship all packages with delivery confirmation and insurance. Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at the time of order placement. No refunds will be issued by MotoMogul for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address. Lost or stolen items fall under the terms of the shipping providers terms.
If the Item Needs Warranty Work
Manufacturer warranty does not cover shipping fees and only covers the cost to fix or provide replacement parts. No refunds.
Note: Shop fees for the installation of products are never under any circumstances covered by MotoMogul.

Free shipping is for the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or international. Additional fees will be applied.
Do I have to pay tax?
If you live in the state of South Carolina, you do have to pay sales tax.
International Shipments
Shipping charges will be handled by the customer. Shipping charges do NOT include duty and taxes. These would have to be handled by the customer and the customs offices.
